Termination by Manokit

Manokit holds the right to stop program at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments or faculty unavailability, the students will receive a full refund. Whereas, in scenarios like enrolled professionals misbehaving with the faculty or the team of Manokit during the sessions can cause instant termination and students will not get any refund. The enrolled professionals are liable to lose their certification if they spread any negativity about the Institute, Faculty Members or Team of Manokit. Under such situations the applicants will not get any refund.

Postponement of Programs and Termination

Manokit reserves the right to change or cancel courses if needed. Manokit will try to give as much notice in the occasion of program is being cancelled or rescheduled of programs. Any changes to GST components shall be applicable into the complete course total fee and participant will become liable to pay cancellation or rescheduling made less than 7 working days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee. Manokit reserves the right to change or cancel classes prior to the class start date.

Fee Refunds

Once the registration for the course is completed applicant will not be getting to apply for refund provided situation followed below,

• If the request for withdrawal and/or cancellation is received 15 working days or more days prior to beginning of the course, 50% of the Course Fee will be deducted towards administration and cancellation charges and the remaining amount may be refunded.
• Interchangeably, the applicant may appeal for rearrangement whereby 10% of the Course Fee will be charged as the Rearrangement Fee and the Applicant shall be rescheduled to the next program.
• If the appeal for drawing and/or cancellation is received less than 15 working days prior to beginning of the course, the student will forfeit the full course fee and no refunds will be made available to the applicant.
• If the applicant pulls out or drops out from the Program, any time after the beginning of the course, the applicant will get a penalty for the full course fee and no refunds will be made obtainable to the applicant. Appeals for part refunds will be neither be well-thought-out nor administered.

Late Fees

• A late fee of Rs 2500/- will be charged if the installment is paid within 7 days from the due date.
• A late fee of Rs 5000/- shall be charged if the installment is paid between 8 – 14 days from the due date If the fee installment is not received within 15 days from the due date.
• Candidate shall be considered a dropout if he/she does not pay the fee within 15 days of due date and therefore re- joining fee of Rs 5000/- shall be charged per candidate.
